Basic information on the trip:
Both forms must be completely filled out, signed
and returned no later than April 18.
Itinerary for the trip will be handed out
Friday, May 2 when they find out the other people they will be rooming with.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR HANDLING MEDICINES FOR TRIP
PRESCRIPTION MEDICINES

Put medicine/s in zip lock bag, write student name, name of medicine, dosage
and when meds taken on the outside of the bag.
Give to chaperones as they load the bus Monday, May 5 at or before 6AM.
NON-PRESCRIPTION MEDICINE- Same
as above but in a separate zip lock bag.
