PowerTeacher Gradebook Online Modules

Pearson has created some online learning modules that will help you understand the way the new gradebook, PowerTeacher Gradebook works.

 

 

Registration

 

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Go to https://pearson.cyberu.com/client/pearson/SelfReg/SelfRegLogin.aspx

 

3.     Enter the following information in the appropriate fields:

·       First Name

·       Last Name

·       E-mail Address

·       Site Code: PSS@01GB

 
 

 

  1. Click the Next button

 

 

 

5. Enter your information in the fields provided:

 

  • Role – leave as is
  • PC/Mac – use the list icon to choose PC

(click the + next to PC in the list that comes up)

  • District Name
  • School Name
  • Grade Level Taught
  • Subject(s) Taught
 

 

 

  1. Click the Next button

 

  1. Choose a password following the guidelines below:
    • Must contain alpha and numeric characters
    • Cannot have more than 3 consecutive characters
    • Must be 6 – 20 characters in length
    • Cannot have any leading or trailing spaces
  1. Once your password has been entered in both fields, click the Sign In button

 
 


9. Enter your phone number

 

The Welcome Page and Registering For Classes

1. Click View All Assignments
 

 

2. Find Module 1: Quick Start

3. Click Add to Transcript

 

NOTE: If you would like to go through additional modules, add them to your transcript.
 

 

4. In the lower pane of the window, click Register for any modules you signed up for.

 

 
 

 

  1. In the lower pane of the window, click Launch.

 

NOTE: If you have signed up for more than one module, it is best to go through the modules one at a time, in order.

 

 
 

 

  1. Click Agree on the e-Learning Disclaimer page

 

NOTE: If you are using Internet Explorer 7, the module will open in a new tab.

 

Click on the tab to access the module.
 

 

  1. Click Yes on the security warning
  2. When the module comes up, click the Start button

 

NOTE: If you exit a module before finishing, the next time you login you will be brought to the page you left off on.

 

 

Accessing the Modules After Initial Registration

 

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Go to https://pearson.cyberu.com

 

3. Enter your User ID (your e-mail address) and password

 

4. Click the Sign In button
 

 

NOTE: You may register for additional modules at any time.
