Sports Physicals

                Every athlete trying out, participating or competing must have a physical on file at the school.

1. 2007-2008 physical forms are good until May 23, 2008
2. Any student receiving a physical between May 26, 2007 and April 1, 2008, will be good through May 23, 2008
3. Any physical completed after April 1, 2008, should be on the 2008-2009 physical form. 
   This completed physical will be good until graduation day 2009
4. School physical dates for 2008 are scheduled for late April and early May of 2008
5. Students who have a 2007-2008 physical on file DO NOT have to have a new physical to try-out
   before May 23, 2008; however, any student who tries out before May 23, 2008, with a 2007-2008
   physical must have a new physical before they practice or participate with any team or squad after May 23, 2008

NOTE:  Physical forms change each year. 
Before scheduling any physical, students must obtain an updated physical form from the school.
