1.    Utilize test scores to plan and modify instruction with the implementation of modifications and adaptations as needed.

2.    Implement an induction and support program for incoming new teachers to Bremen City Schools.

3.    Focus on development and integration of writing skills in all disciplines for students in Pre-K -12.

4.    Prepare site, apply for state funding, engineer and plan for the new middle school.

5.    Continue to update the technology plan to meet the ever-changing needs of students and school personnel.

a.    Design a professional and staff training plan to provide needed review and implementation skills for all staff.

b.    Employ an additional technology specialist with primary job responsibilities being maintenance and repair of servers, networks, and workstations.

c.     Advance student technology skills beyond current levels by implementing a high school technology lab to include engineering modules.
