This week students are taking the EOCT (End-of-Course Test). The daily schedule of classes will be different because we will do all testing at the optimum time from 9:10-11:30 in the morning.

Students should get a good night’s sleep and eat a good breakfast before their scheduled test. The EOCT counts as 15% of their final semester grade, so it is vital for some that they put forth their best effort.

During regular classes, we will finish Jekyll and Hyde on Monday or Tuesday, and then begin reading the epic poem The Odyssey. This should take us through next week when we will watch the movie and have their final test during the exam time.

This has been a good year, and I am pleased to say I have enjoyed teaching at BHS. I hope everyone has a great summer.
